Voor de Directie ICT van Dienst Uitvoering Onderwijs (DUO), een agentschap van het Ministerie van Onderwijs, Cultuur en Wetenschap, heeft BCM Specialist op pragmatische wijze een business continuity plan (BCP) opgesteld voor de generieke ICT-voorzieningen. Het BCP is na afronding geïmplementeerd middels een training en een crisisoefening met het Tactisch Crisis Team van DUO Dienst ICT.
De crisisoefening was georganiseerd in de vorm van een table top exercise.
De opbouw van het opgeleverde BCP heeft tevens als voorbeeld gediend voor het BCP van andere Directies binnen DUO.
